Professional Trainings
For Family Law Professionals
Ready to Practice as Peacemakers
Helping families through divorce and separation is deeply meaningful work. It’s also emotionally exhausting and can often lead to burnout and disconnection.
At KCFL, we support lawyers, mediators, and divorce professionals who want to hold conflict without absorbing it and build a practice rooted in peace.
Helping You Build an Authentic,
Empowered Practice
There are many emotions involved that often impact the professionals too.
On top of that, building a successful practice requires its own attention and time. At KCFL, we help divorce professionals find their authentic voice — the core reason that brings them to this work — and then we help you build a practice aligned, grounded, and empowered by that authenticity. You can have a practice where you do good and do well for yourself; you can have the practice of your dreams.
Coaching
Explore individual coaching sessions for a one-on-one deep dive, empowering you to build the practice you’ve always dreamed of. Coaching with KCFL starts by identifying your “why” and then developing tactical practices to keep you embodied and clear. We’ll guide you through practice-building decisions that help you achieve your vision.
Training and Education
We offer trainings for groups and organizations interested in conscious family law, mindful mediation, practitioner presence, emotional regulation, visualization, and other consciousness practices. Each training is uniquely tailored to your group’s needs; reach out to discuss how we can support your organization.
